If you're reading this in November, then Singles' Day is happening soon. There are good deals to be had for sure, but make sure the prices aren't actually inflated and then reduced for sale. There are also times when the sale price isn't any different from the retail price, so keep an eye out to make sure you're actually getting a good deal. Anyway, here are five gadgets to buy during a sale, and trust us, you'll want them.
Dyson V12 Detect Slim

Using lasers to reveal almost invisible dust seems magical, but it's actually pure science. The Dyson V12 Detect Slim and its laser-equipped Fluffy cleaner head makes cleaning fun, and shows you just how dirty your floors are. Besides the laser Fluffy head, the V12 also comes with an anti-tangle screw, and a crevice pipe with lights. It's all you need to keep your home dust-free, really. The 11.11 sale also comes with a dock, and S$100 bank offer.
Secretlab Titan Evo 2022

The latest version of the Secretlab Titan Evo 2022 does away with straps, letting you swap out arm rests, and attach a neck pillow through the power of Magneto. The Titan Evo also improves upon its built-in lumbar support with more options. There are now just three sizes, and it takes over the position formerly filled by the Omega line. There's a discount of up to S$185 off, so if you're looking for a new chair…
Seagate Spider-Man Special Edition FireCuda

Solid-state drives are more affordable than ever. But if I'm looking to store my ever-expanding library of games, an external hard drive like the Seagate Spider-Man Special Edition FireCuda would be a more cost-effective solution. It costs S$139 for 2TB of storage compared to an SSD like the Samsung Portable SSD T7 Shield (S$379 for 2TB). And the Seagate even has flashy RGB LEDs to jazz up your gaming PC or game console, too.
Xiaomi TV A2

The Xiaomi TV A2 is the latest budget television from the Chinese brand. It's very similar to last year's P1, with mostly the same TV viewing experience, and a slightly larger 58-inch screen option. The A2 is also launching at a similar S$799 price. But seeing as Xiaomi has marked down the P1 to S$649, there's a case for the older model if you want to save a bit more.
Sony WH-1000XM5

Sony's latest version of its flagship noise-cancelling headphones delivers excellent performance, comfort, noise cancellation, and has impressive battery life. It's really hard not to like the Sony WH-1000XM5. You'll want this and while it's not cheap at S$569, maybe a good sale discount would make this a lot more affordable. If there's one gadget to buy during a sale, this is it.
