While the Prism+ Symphony wasn't quite up to our expectations, the Prism+ Flow impressed. This 2.1 soundbar filled the room with a clean, crisp sound, all for an affordable S$269. While it lacks Dolby Atmos, it does have Dolby Audio for high quality sound.

The Flow isn't very big. If you're short on space, this soundbar will definitely fit nicely under your TV. One thing that I particularly liked is that it uses a wireless subwoofer. Most soundbars in this budget range are usually wired. But there are exceptions, such as when the S$350 soundbars go on sale (or clearance). Its peak power of 240W is a bit less than comparable 300W soundbars. Honestly, the Flow still produces room-filling sound, but if you're using it in a larger space, it may not sound as good. But in our bedroom setup, it performs great.

There are five different audio modes: Movie, Music, News, Sport, and Gaming. I just left it in Movie, since it's a bit of a hassle to keep switching modes. You will notice the Flow sounding slightly different for each modes, such as the dialogue being louder in Sport (for commentary). But whichever mode you choose, I like how it sounds, with good, clear highs, and a nice, strong bass. It's particularly nice when Kratos grunts in his latest God of War adventure.

While it doesn't have the most ports — an extra HDMI would be nice — the Flow has everything you need. There's USB for external storage playback, HDMI ARC, Coaxial, Optical, and Auxiliary input. There's also Bluetooth, if you want to link your phone to play music. You will need the bundled remote to change audio modes, but otherwise, you can use the buttons on the right side of the soundbar.
The Prism+ Flow offers great value and sound. I honestly think it's perfect for a secondary bedroom TV, or if you just want a modest upgrade for your TV audio. Of course, if you want better-sounding alternatives, consider the LG Sound Bar S95QR or the Sony HT-A9. Otherwise, the Flow is available from Shopee, Lazada, or Prism+.
