Having tried out various pet carriers, including the cute space bubble type, the Petkit Breezy Zone Backpack Carrier is easily my favourite. It's spacious, but also folds up flat for easy storage. Plus, there's plenty of mesh so you get lots of air flow for your pet.

The bag is made of a tough mesh material, which prevents your cat or dog from chewing its way out. The use of mesh also means plenty of ventilation to keep them cool, especially in our humid climate. It's better than those bubble carriers, which I feel can make your pet feel hot as the plastic bubble lets lots of light and heat in. There's a blackout curtain at the front that you can roll down to keep your pet calm.

If you want to put your pet in, there are a bunch of ways to do so. The side panels can open, and the back actually extends up for more space. That allows your pet to lie down, and look out without feeling unsafe. The extension also uses a mesh material for even more air flow. Every time I show off this feature, people are impressed. Note that the carrier is big enough for small to medium-sized cats, though larger Maine Coons or dogs will find it a tight fit.

There are two side pockets for storing treats, and your personal stuff. I also found the carrier really comfortable to wear. You can wear it at the front or the back, and it feels pretty balanced. It doesn't bounce around when you're walking, so your pet won't feel uncomfortable.
