There's much to like about the Belkin BoostCharge Pro Fast Wireless Charger (BPD005). It's relatively small, easily fits in my The Man Bag Day Sling, and can charge your phone, Apple Watch, or Apple AirPods charging case. That's because this battery bank actually comes with the magnetic fast charger built-in for the Apple Watch, which you can also use for the AirPods case.
Quick Specs
- 10,000mAh battery
- USB-C port x1, Apple Watch charger (built-in)
- Up to 20W of charging power, Apple Watch fast charge
- S$2,500 connected equipment warranty
Unlike your typical power banks that come clad in a plastic or aluminium shell, the BoostCharge Pro uses a silicone coating much like the iPhone case. It's comfortable to hold and has a good grip. While the power bank is mostly curved, the Apple Watch charger is located at the end where it's flat. Based on my tests, the magnet isn't the most secure. It will hold in place for charging, but a slight shake will loosen it. I recommend leaving it flat on the table if you're planning to charge your Watch or AirPods.

With a 10,000mAh capacity, this Belkin charger has enough juice to replenish the iPhone roughly twice. Less, if you're also charging your Watch or your AirPods. If you're just charging the Watch alone, you can charge the power bank at the same time. But with only one USB-C port, you can't charge your phone, the power bank, and the Watch at the same time. If you want to charge the power bank, you can only charge a Watch or an AirPods case.

Besides charging your phone, the power bank can also juice up other devices, such as your laptop, but that's limited to 20W. It's honestly a great power bank, but could be better if it had more ports to work with. If it had at least two, I could probably charge the power bank and my devices before I go to bed. Now, I have to kind of juggle between charging my gadgets if I'm on a trip. Still, at least I don't have to pack an extra charger for my Apple Watch.
The Belkin BoostCharge Pro Fast Wireless Charge (BPD005) retails for S$159. This is pretty pricey for a 10,000mAh power bank, which usually retail for S$50 or less. But none of them have a built-in Apple Watch charger. I also like the silicone coating. Still I'm a bit hesitant to recommend this based on the price, and the fact that it only has one USB-C port. If this charger costs around S$100, then yeah, it's a no-brainer. Get it from Shopee or Lazada.
