At S$268 or less, the Acerpure V1 is super cheap for a handheld cordless vacuum. It comes with a bunch of cleaner attachments, including a roller for hard floors with LED. However, there's no LCD display, or the ability to automatically adjust suction power. Still, at that price, I can't complain.
Quick specs
- 2,500mAh battery, 3 hours charging time, 60 minutes running time
- 23,000PA or 120 air watts
- Comes with electric roller brush, mite removal, 2-in-1 brush, crevice nozzle, wall shelf adaptor with screw
With around 120 air watts at max power, the Acerpure V1 offers enough suction power for cleaning. Sure, it's not comparable to the 150 air watts of the Dyson V12, but it's twice as powerful as the smaller Acerpure V1 Lite. At 1.5kg (with the battery), it's light enough that I don't feel burdened when vacuuming even with the attachments. Interestingly, the HEPA filter is located at the bottom of the unit, where the air is vented out.

There are three speed modes, which you toggle by tapping the button on top. The power button is located at the back of the battery. The power button is easily reachable by your thumb, so you can push it on or off. The battery is removable, and takes about three hours to fully charge. There are also LED indicators to show you the existing charge level. However, there's no way — apart from listening to the vacuum's noise level — of distinguishing between the three speed modes: Eco, Standard, and Turbo. In Eco mode, the vacuum can last up to an hour. I put it on Turbo, and the vacuum lasted around 10min 50sec.

The 400ml bin is large enough to store quite a bit of dirt, and emptying is simple enough. Just push the button, and the bottom lid pops open. However, there's no push mechanism like Dyson vacuums to push dirt out, so you will need to stick your fingers in to dislodge stuck clumps. The electric roller brush has an LED light to illuminate dirt on the floor, but honestly, it's not as good as the laser on the Dyson V12 and V15. Besides the roller brush, there's also a mite removal brush, a 2-in-1 brush, and a crevice nozzle. Pretty standard, but they get the job done.
The Acerpure V1 is affordably priced with a nice mix of accessories. It will get your home clean, and is cheap to boot. Get it from Shopee, Lazada, or Acer. I've seen it selling as cheap as S$178 on Shopee.
