If you're craving a quick snack, you wouldn't want to waste time waiting for something to thaw. The Bibigo Mandu Pork & Vegetable Dumplings are a perfect choice. (You can, of course, have them as part of a full meal too.) Easy to prepare, you can be munching on these dumplings within a few minutes, straight out of the freezer.
Quick bites
- Pan fry in 4 to 5 minutes, without thawing
- Pork and cabbage based
- Comes in other variants
Packaging: The Bibigo dumplings come in a resealable bag. This is great for choosing the amount you want. The bag comes rated at 500g, and I got about 20 dumplings per bag.

Cooking: You can have them steamed or in soup, or my favourite, pan fried. Nevertheless, do beware of oil splatter if frying them straight out of the freezer. When pan fried, there's a good balance between crisp, crunch and juiciness, and you can dip it in the sauce of your choice. (But you'll have to prepare your own sauces.)
Taste: These are some satisfying dumplings! The dumpling skin is thick enough to not fall apart while cooking or eating. The skin is not too thick, so you get a nice crispy bite without it being too hard. With a healthy amount of pork and vegetables inside, there's lots of juicy flavour, even when pan-fried.

Bibigo is one of the big Korean food brands that you can't miss, and they did a daebak job with these mandu. Pack them in your freezer and you'll never worry about the munchies.
